Jamie who is the owner and chocolatier from Cocoa Ooze run these, You will learn how to make chocolates and learning the process of how to do this and what ever you make you get to take home, That’s if they make it home!!! You never know Jamie may even share his secret ingredients.

You will Get - An experienced Chocolatier, Demo on tempering and Chocolate Making and Step by Step to carry this out in teams, Flavour Experimenting, Packaging& Presentation, Ingredients, Chocolate to take home (about 6-12 Truffles and a Chocolate Bar), Disposable Aprons, Cooking Equipment and tools to use, This Workshops Last 2 Hours Plus
