
Cocoa Ooze Chocolate was set up in October 2008 by Award Winning Chocolatier Jamie Hutcheon
Since the age of 8, he has been helping his mum in the kitchen and developing his catering career. He worked in some of the best establishments before training with the world’s leading chocolate company, where Jamie demonstrated a true gift for chocolate making.
Jamie then brought his experience and expertise to Aberdeenshire where he now creates his luxury, hand-made chocolates and personalised, edible gifts in his own premises.
Cocoa Ooze recipes are secret from generations of family history, Cocoa Ooze remains this to date with the making of chocolates, We use no neutral alcohol or E numbers we only use natural ingredients to extend the shelf life but we are sure our products don't need to long for you to enjoy. When we temper our chocolate we don't use machines or any other way we temper the chocolate by using a bain marie and hand stirring and also hand rolling each truffle to perfection
Cocoa Ooze range has been selected with our customers in mind and is ever changing we believe in having a shorter selction we can focus on the quality and not the quantity
Cocoa Ooze caters for weddings and corporate events. We can also supply the retail and wholesale trades, as well as serving the public through various markets and exhibitions.
